The Model Forest of Newfoundland and Labrador’s ability to entice partner involvement in the new program has its foundation in the way we categorize each and every organization seeking membership and involvement.  We must recognize that not every business, government department, industry organization or even NGO wants full partnership participation.  The MFNL has structured the way and manner that a potential or existing partner may participate.  The following table illustrates how the MFNL delineates the type of partnership, the objectives of such a liaison with the Model Forest, what the Model Forest acquires through such a partnership and the benefits received to the partner by this level of association:
